Appbar Dropdown menu icon

Post by SassanoW » Wed Nov 28, 2018 6:02 pm

I have a quick question that's probably just something I'm overlooking. I'm setting up a new web site (I've used the Metro framework since v1) and am learning all the details of v4. I've built a simple test page that uses the Appbar sample. If I change the Appbar background to a dark color and the foreground to a light color, the dropdown menu icon "disappears" (it's still dark and matches the background). Everything still functions but there's no icon to show that the menu is a dropdown.

How do I get that icon to follow the foreground color?

Code: Select all

        <div class="container-fluid">
            <div class="appbar bg-dark fg-light" data-role="appbar" data-expand-point="md">
                <a href="#" class="brand no-hover">
                    <span style="width: 55px;" class="p-2 border bd-dark border-radius">m4
                    </span>
                </a>

                <ul class="app-bar-menu">
                    <li><a href="#">Home</a></li>
                    <li>
                        <a href="#" class="dropdown-toggle">Products</a>
                        <ul class="d-menu bg-dark fg-light" data-role="dropdown">
                            <li><a href="#">Windows 10</a></li>
                            <li><a href="#">Office 365</a></li>
                            <li class="divider bg-lightGray"></li>
                            <li><a href="#">Skype</a></li>
                        </ul>
                    </li>
                    <li><a href="#">Blog</a></li>
                    <li><a href="#">Contacts</a></li>
                </ul>
            </div>
        </div>

Perfect! I knew it was a simple fix. Thanks!
Also, I went to Liberpay to support your development efforts and the site said that it could not take donations for you at this time.

Thanks. I did not see the post on GitHub with all the alternative payment options. I will have my company contribute. Thanks for all your hard work.
